SHIPPING


WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

We will process your order in 3-5 business days.

CAN I GET MY ORDER SOONER?

Sure, no problem! We offer expedited rates through our checkout, and if you send us an email letting us know what you ordered, we will try our best to process it quicker.

OH NO! I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!

Shoot us an email at howdy@unibrowsociety.com ASAP, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately if the item has already shipped, we can not change the address. We can send a new order to you, but it will result in new shipping fees.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Reach out to us at howdy@unibrowsociety.com ASAP! We'll do our best to cancel your order, but once it's shipped, we can only accept returns if your order is lost or damaged.

 

RETURN POLICY


We're glad to refund or replace any lost or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please send us an email with your order number and as many details as possible to howdy@unibrowsociety.com, or use our contact form.

Once we have received your returned item, we will refund you the value of the item plus shipping and handling fees. 

Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed, and up to 30 days for it to be reflected on your bank statement or credit card account.
